Asya Ulas (b. 2002) is an artist and designer born and raised in Izmir, Turkey, and currently based in Canada. She earned her Bachelor of Design in Illustration from OCAD University in 2024. Asya’s practice centers around transforming objects, figures, and spaces into a distinct visual language, using various mediums to bring her ideas to life.

 

Her work often draws strength and inspiration from her cultural background, the nuances of human connection, and the collaborative energy of her peers.
